# Hypothetical Proposal

**One sentence summary**: Increase the [MIP65 (RWA007-A)](/title/exercise-overview/exercise-3/similar-proposals-from-the-past/mip65-rwa007-a-monetalis-clydesdale.md) Debt Ceiling by 500 million DAI from 1.25 billion DAI to **1.75 billion DAI**.

This hypothetical proposal aims to help MakerDAO utilize more of the idle capital in its treasury by purchasing US Treasury Bills through Monetalis Clydesdale.
